Product Description

Metalized film via vacuum aluminizing process of high purity aluminum wire at high temperature (1100~1200 DEG C) evaporated into gas, after the plastic film through the vacuum evaporation film, light metal color aluminum atom gas is deposited to the plastic film surface. At present, the most commonly used metalized films are polyester aluminized film (VMPET) and CPP aluminum film (VMCPP). The surface of metalized film is light and ultraviolet radiation, can prolong the shelf life of contents, but also improves the brightness of the film, from a certain extent, instead of aluminum foil, also is cheap, beautiful and good barrier properties, therefore, in the film composite packaging is widely used, mainly used in drying, biscuits and other snack food packaging, medicine, cosmetics packaging.
